The TWRA is dedicated to the protection of the character and environment of the villages of Tadworth and Walton on the Hill. So what are we protecting?
Tadworth and Walton are fortunate in lying in the beautiful North Downs, over 400 ft above sea level.
Tadworth is a small, vibrant, community of around 7,000 people, bounded on three sides by a combination of green belt, common-land, and important heathland.
Walton on the Hill, with a population of about 2,000 people, lies to the south of Tadworth and is surrounded by heathland and agricultural land. It is an archetypal English village, having a large pond, a green, a small primary school, some local shops and several pubs.
The villages are well situated, being within easy reach of Central London, both Gatwick and Heathrow Airports, and the M25.

We organise a range of events, activities and amenities locally, work with a range of other local community groups whose objectives align with ours and behind the scenes we maintain close working relationships with our local councils to represent residents' interests.
We also publish The Tadworth & Walton Tribune magazine twice a year, in Spring and Autumn. It is delivered free to all households in the area.
The TWRA ensures that Tadworth and Walton on the Hill residents have a voice. Being a member means your voice can be heard
